FYidoctors Campus York is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional patient service in a fast-paced eye-care clinic. The role involves greeting patients, check-in/out, scheduling, and support for billing and eyewear services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required
