Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly seeks a hands-on warehouse associate to support unloading, scanning, sorting, and processing packages. You will assist shipping, receiving, dispatch, and inventory management while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs.

You will interact with customers, handle pickups, and help resolve delivery issues by coordinating with multiple teams, contributing to a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns.
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations.
• Support and assist shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• Process returns and complete required documentation in accordance with SOPs.
• Handle customer pickups and provide front desk assistance to customers.
• Resolve delivery issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
