Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a dynamic employee to assist in unloading trailers, scanning and sorting packages, and supporting shipping, receiving and inventory management. This role offers opportunities to train new staff, maintain warehouse efficiency, and assist customers at the front desk.

You will work with the Operations team to ensure quality standards, complete daily reports, and uphold health and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment across three continents.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items safely
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Scan, sort, and process packages including defects and returns
• Print labels and prepare required documentation
• Handle customer pickups and front desk assistance to customers
• Resolve delivery issues by following SOPs and coordinating with relevant teams
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment
• Provide support for clients and IDCs and respond to inquiries via phone and email
