Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a warehouse associate to support unloading, sorting, and processing packages at our Northwestern Ontario operations. The role involves hands-on duties, data entry, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Responsibilities include scans, documentation, customer inquiries, and adherence to health and safety SOPs.

Qualifications

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages
• Attention to detail when scanning, sorting, and processing freight
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and SOPs

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations
• Support and assist shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
• Process returns and complete required documentation in accordance with SOPs
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Print labels and prepare required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment
• Comply with all Health & Safety protocols
• Provide support for clients and IDCs
