Job summary

Brobston Group in Richmond, BC is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help maintain smooth day-to-day retail store operations, focusing on inventory processing, stockroom organization, and store presentation.

In this primarily non-selling role, you will support customer service, replenishment, RFID inventory scans, and collaboration with store teams, with opportunities to contribute to visual merchandising and front- and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds, climb moderately, and work across store areas.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts or travel.
