Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a retail store. This role focuses on inventory processing, stockroom organization, replenishment, and customer service.

You will process deliveries, RFID scans, transfers, ship-to-home orders, support merchandising, and assist customers and staff. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and some overnight shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the store and stock areas.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
