Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory management, stockroom organization, sales floor service, and store presentation.

The position requires helping with deliveries, RFID scanning, replenishment, and maintaining organized stock areas, while assisting customers and Brand Ambassadors, processing transactions, and upholding visual merchandising standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
