Safely monitor and supervise all site operations and employees, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order. Provide leadership that fosters positive employee / employer relations. Project a professional corporate image, manage resources effectively, implement sound risk management, uphold high production standards, and support business expansion and profitable operations. Our Arrow Road location is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the afternoon shift.

• Monday to Friday, 1 : 00 pm to 11 : 00 pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain a productive and motivated workforce through screening, hiring, training, developing, and evaluating personnel to meet service commitments.
• Comply with all wage and hour laws; ensure proper compensation for services rendered.
• Ensure safe working conditions at each site.
• Schedule and lead safety meetings; document attendees and topics; enforce safety guidelines.
• Maintain attendance and production records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• Three or more years of experience in the waste industry (MRF, landfill, or transfer operations preferred)
• One year of supervisory experience
• Flexibility with working hours; availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
