Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor on the afternoon shift from 2:30pm-11:00pm. In this role, you will oversee maintenance and repair activities of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability to support our operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support
• Coordinating with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance during planned downtime
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Conducting inspections to identify wear, damage, or potential failures
• Executing maintenance projects for upgrades, modifications, or replacements
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Qualifications:

• Licensed 433A Millwright
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations
