Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly operates a fast-paced warehouse network across multiple continents. This role focuses on safety, compliance, and efficient warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

You will supervise staff, perform safety audits, coordinate driver bookings, and ensure high service standards for timely deliveries. Training and coaching are provided to new hires and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff and drivers.
• Ability to enforce health and safety protocols and conduct audits.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching and inventory control.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain a hazard-free work area.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Provide coaching and onboarding for new hires.
• Prepare performance reports and handle customer service issues.

Our vision is clear: to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.Your Role: At the Heart of the ChainCore Duties :Safety and ComplianceEnsure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environmentEnforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.Supervise warehouse traffic, van audits and ensure safe vehicle movements.Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.Respond to emergencies as required .Cleaning, general housekeepingOperations and LogisticsOversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.and package dispatching process.Conduct quality checkups on return pickups and return to the client process.Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs.Generate the next day’s route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization team.Conduct IDCs/Drivers check in/ out, loadingUnload trailers and verify freight against manifests.Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns).Reporting and AdministrationMaintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs, and submit comprehensive daily reports.Complete daily reports and submit to the clients, Station team and Manager (AMZ Daily Case report, Shift Handover, etc.).Audit Proof of Delivery (POD) reports and report back on compliance to IDC liaisonComplete daily timesheets and submit to the Station Manager.Perform data entry as needed.T eam leadership and Customer serviceAssign daily tasks to staff , monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPsPrepare and monitor performance reports (on-time deliveries, exceptions, etc.).Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding of new hires.Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly.Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.Evaluate and assess employee performance, workplace conduct and compliance as required , including discipline where appropriate .Other duties as assignedWork Environment : Fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules.Why Join Intelcom | Dragonfly?Short- and medium-term growth opportunitiesComprehensive group insuranceGroup RRSP programEmployee Assistance Program…This position has been opened to address a genuine organizational need within the company.At Intelcom | Dragonfly , we move forward together.
