Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Operations, and based out of Windsor, Ontario, the Regional Operations Specialist supports branch operations by driving process improvement, ensuring operational consistency, and helping branches achieve performance, safety, inventory and customer service goals.

This role works closely with branch managers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and support operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations, warehouse, or distribution experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operations through site visits, coaching, and process reviews.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
• Monitor inventory management, cycle counting, and loss prevention KPI’s.
• Support branch openings, relocations, integrations, and special projects.
• Coordinate operational training and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Partner with branch leaders to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports, track action items, and follow up on improvement plans
• Support health, safety, and compliance programs across locations.
• Perform branch audits and assist in other areas when required

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of operations, warehouse, or distribution experience,
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
• This position also requires the ability to travel regularly throughout Ontario.
