Job summary

Medavie Health Services New Brunswick, the NB subsidiary of Medavie, is recruiting a Coordinator, Operations Support for the Southern Region. The role provides comprehensive scheduling, inventory and equipment coordination to support Ambulance NB, Extra-Mural, NB Health Link, and allied programs, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely.

The ideal candidate has a background in business or healthcare administration, 3–5 years in scheduling, logistics or inventory, and experience supporting

Qualifications

• Education in Business Administration, Office Admin, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in scheduling, operational, logistics, or inventory roles.
• Experience supporting managers or senior leadership teams is preferred.
• Experience with workforce scheduling, staff deployment, payroll reconciliation, or scheduling software is an asset.
• Experience with inventory management, procurement, logistics, or healthcare operations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for workforce scheduling.
• Maintain scheduling systems and staffing levels.
• Coordinate vacation schedules, leave requests, training, and staffing adjustments.
• Communicate schedule changes and staffing requirements to employees and management.
• Coordinate inventory management for medical supplies and equipment.
• Assist with procurement, logistics, and asset tracking.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and deployment of equipment.
• Support process improvement and project initiatives.
