The ideal candidate has extensive paramedic experience, formal supervisory training, and a strong background in EMS management and operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, planning, organizing, directing, empowerment, and motivating staff.
• Solid supervisory experience and formal business training an asset.
• Effective written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of EMS management, information tech, finance, HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and supervise paramedics and Supervisors.
• Oversee regional EMS operations and ensure service levels.
• Recruitment, coaching, and staff development across the region.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and regional reporting.
• Coordinate with hospital committees and DHA liaison.
