Job summary

CBI Home Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Saint John, New Brunswick. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating Direct Support Staff schedules in homes, and collaborating with Clinical, Operations Managers, and Behaviour Analysts to implement monthly activity and recreation plans.

The position requires experience in supervising service delivery and working with clients who have intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisor or leadership role in a service-focused organization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis is preferred.
• Demonstrated patient-centered focus with a commitment to providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide direction to staff.
• Assist in scheduling Direct Support Staff in homes per funding guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations Managers and Behaviour Analyst to develop monthly activity and recreation plan.
• Collaborate with the Clinical team to ensure follow-through on contracted services including ISP/POC and BSP protocols.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
