Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduation plus an administrative support program of at least six months duration plus one year of related experience, or five years of recent experience as a 1057 equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule pre-operative testing
• Coordinate and schedule surgeries
• File, maintain, prepare and assemble charts
• Produce and distribute surgical schedules
• Maintain surgical waitlists
• Communicate with patients, physicians and other departments
• Enter data, compile statistics and produce reports
