Job summary

New Brunswick Extra-Mural (EMP)-Programme extra-mural (PEM) du Nouveau-Brunswick in Bathurst, NB, is seeking a Manager, EMP Operations to lead an interdisciplinary team and promote EMP in the community. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the health care EMP discipline.
• Active and in good standing with your professional licensure association.
• 3–5 years of management experience in the health care field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a community setting.
• Experience in a geographically dispersed, complex, multi program/service environment including a multi-unionized environment.
• Translate knowledge to professionals to better support patients.
• Foster an environment that supports interdisciplinary practice and collaboration with community partners.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring and leading staff to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining staff work schedules and shift assignments.
• Implementing and/or monitoring policies and procedures.
• Monitoring productivity and providing day-to-day oversight and support.
