The Operations Scheduler plays a central role in coordinating and optimizing daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow and on‑time delivery of transit services. This position is responsible for monitoring resource availability, and adjusting plans in response to changing priorities or operational constraints. The Operations Scheduler collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams — including route supervision, training, maintenance,and leadership — to balance workloads, minimize downtime, and support overall organizational performance. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work and communicate clearly in a fast‑paced environment.
Please note that this position requires working various shifts, including overnights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as this is a 24‑hour operation.
Hourly Rate/Salary: $34.04 - $45.39
Hours of Work: up to 40 hours
