Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain lease database and track lease costs and data.
  • Project management: create assignments, track progress, resolve issues.
  • Service contract and agreement maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports for senior management.
  • Manage process and reporting for physical inventory.
  • Identify problems with procedures and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate project tasks within budget and timelines.
  • Create and maintain procedural documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards or legal requirements.

Job description

Summary

Reporting to Distribution Operations Manager, will support various operational initiatives and priorities related to facilities, freight, safety, inventory, vendor contracts, and processes. Day-to-day activities will support ongoing projects leaning on exceptional organizational, time management, and project tracking abilities, as well as strong communication skills. Key focus areas include continuous improvement of the Supply Center standards through project management, adherence to the Health and Safety Program, and participation in the budgeting process. Some travel within Canada, and infrequently to the US, is required.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain lease database for tracking of lease costs, and data.
  • Project management: creating assignments, tracking progress, resolving issues.
  • Service contract/agreement maintenance
  • Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports for senior management.
  • Manage process and reporting for physical inventory.
  • Identify problems with procedures, consider options, make recommendations to resolve them
  • Coordinate project tasks within budget and timelines.
  • Create and maintain procedural documentation.
