DTJ DESIGN, Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, supervise administrative staff, and support remote offices. The role collaborates with Partners, the President, and CEO to optimize contracts, compliance, facilities, and vendor relationships.

The position emphasizes strategic process improvements, cross-team coordination, and relentless focus on efficiency and revenue growth within a multidisciplinary design firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Technically savvy with best practices in a corporate environment.
• Ability to interface with staff at all levels.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Extensive knowledge of operations and business management.
• Ability to interpret financial data to set goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Strong commitment to the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct day-to-day operations of DTJ Design.
• Oversee Contracts Administration including reviewing, drafting, and storing contracts.
• Manage facilities and lease administration for offices and remote sites.
• Coordinate purchasing activities for supplies and equipment.
• Identify opportunities to further company goals and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to implement policies and systems.
• Serve as liaison with utilities, government agencies, and vendors.
