Essential Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager provides overall leadership to non-exempt airport employees, overseeing operational performance, customer satisfaction, employee culture, safety, service, budget, and vendor relations. The role also involves managing fleet availability and revenue generation.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 20 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work on your feet for most of your shift
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
