Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct Virtual Client Consultations: Meet with clients via Zoom to assess their financial goals and explain policy options, providing them with clear insights into coverage features and tailored solutions
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Address inquiries, assist with policy adjustments, and guide clients through the claims process to ensure their needs are met
  • Build Long-Term Client Relationships: Maintain regular follow-ups to review policies, ensure coverage remains aligned with client needs, and provide continuous support to clients
  • Ensure Compliance and Maintain Documentation: Adhere to industry regulations and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
