Job summary

Qualifications

• Production-grade software engineering fundamentals with API and interface design.
• Experience building and operating production data platforms on cloud warehouses or lakehouses.
• Practical AI tooling experience with end-to-end pipelines and governance.
• Ability to reason about cost, latency, failure modes and when to apply models.
• Strong governance, data quality, lineage and PII handling.
• CI/CD and DataOps: automated testing, release gates, infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the cloud data platform including ingestion, transformation, orchestration and serving.
• Integrate data from across business systems with data contracts and lineage.
• Build automated, continuously refreshed reporting to enable exception-based management.
• Connect AI agents to governed data with outputs, provenance and human-in-the-loop approval.
• Develop feature pipelines and MLOps controls: tests, versioning, promotion gates and drift monitoring.
• Own engineering standards for data testing, observability, environment promotion and access control.
