As an Operations Manager, you will own the operational execution of data projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build teams, design workflows, coordinate contractors, and keep delivery moving when conditions change.
Working closely with Product from early customer discovery through final delivery, you will help shape requirements based on operational realities and own the plan for executing them. You will determine the people, workflows, tools, capacity, and quality processes needed, while continuously feeding delivery learnings back into product and customer decisions.
Turn project goals into a practical operating plan with clear owners, staffing, capacity, workflows, schedules, quality standards, and milestones.
Build and support the teams needed for delivery, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and accountability.
Run day-to-day execution, track progress, quality, cost, and risks, and act before issues affect delivery.
Coordinate people across teams and external partners, remove blockers, and keep decisions and handoffs clear.
Build repeatable processes, tools, training, reporting, and operating routines that help the company scale.

Experience in operations, program delivery, production, workforce management, logistics, marketplaces, or another execution-heavy environment.
Experience managing contractors, vendors, distributed teams, or other external partners.
