Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Business Process Operations Administrator (Contract) in Markham, Ontario. The role supports Issuer Operations and Client Management Services, focusing on accurate data processing and timely mailings for shareholder meetings.

You will work with Excel, Access and internal systems, perform QA checks, and coordinate with various departments to meet daily goals. The position may require onsite interviews.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College Diploma in Business Administration is an asset.
• 1-2 years hands-on experience in Data Entry and/or Quality Assurance is essential.
• Exposure to brokerage, proxy, or financial operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of proxy rules, regulations, and processing is an asset.
• French is not required but is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data for entry by opening, extracting, and sorting mail.
• Verify and log receipt of data and establish priorities.
• Use Microsoft Access, Excel and internal systems for data handling.
• Input large quantities of data accurately from source materials.
• Quality control and audit output documentation for grammar and accuracy.
• Identify deficiencies and report to Client Managers.
