Job summary

Uline's Toronto branch in Milton, ON is seeking an Operations Analyst to turn operational data into actionable insights, support decision making, and drive performance across the North American network.

The role partners with Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations. Requires 3+ years analytics, a Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering, and strong SQL/Power BI skills; VBA and Power Automate a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of analyst experience in auditing and data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Excel; VBA and Power Automate a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and presentations that help leadership make informed decisions.
• Analyze branch performance, productivity and error trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements that streamline operations.
• Own analytical projects from identifying business opportunities through recommending solutions and measuring results.
• Partner with teams across Uline - including Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations - to understand business needs, solve challenges and support strategic initiatives.
• Use SQL and Power BI to develop reporting tools that uncover trends and measure performance.
