Job summary

Uline is seeking an Operations Analyst at our Toronto location to turn operational data into actionable insights, solve business challenges, and recommend improvements that drive performance. You will partner with teams across the business to build expertise and support the success of our growing North American company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of analyst experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL and Power BI; VBA and Power Automate preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with attention to detail.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Turn complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and presentations that help leadership make informed decisions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of analyst experience, with experience in auditing and data analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL and Power BI. Knowledge in VBA and Power Automate preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
