Job summary

Uline is seeking an Operations Analyst at our Milton, ON location to transform operational data into actionable insights and support decision-making. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations to drive performance across our North American network.

Responsibilities include turning complex data into clear recommendations, owning analytical projects, and building reporting tools in SQL and Power BI. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' analytics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of analyst experience with auditing and data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and Power BI; strong Excel skills.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Turn complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and presentations that help leadership make informed decisions.
• Analyze branch performance, productivity and error trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements that streamline operations.
• Own analytical projects from identifying business opportunities through recommending solutions and measuring results.
• Partner with teams across Uline — including Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations — to understand business needs, solve challenges and support strategic initiatives.
• Use SQL and Power BI to develop reporting tools that uncover trends and measure performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of analyst experience, with experience in auditing and data analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL and Power BI. Knowledge in VBA and Power Automate preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
