Job summary

Uline's Milton, Ontario location seeks an Operations Analyst to transform operational data into actionable insights that drive performance improvements across the North American network. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations, using SQL and Power BI to develop reporting tools, analyze branch performance and identify root causes for efficiency gains.

A bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of analytics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of analyst experience, with auditing and data analytics experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL and Power BI; VBA and Power Automate preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Turn complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and presentations that help leadership make informed decisions.

• Analyze branch performance, productivity and error trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements that streamline operations.
