Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Distribution Director for its Milton warehouse, a 1 million square-foot facility. You will guide daily operations, develop a high-performing team of 300+ employees, and drive on-time, accurate shipping with top-tier service levels.

The role emphasizes safety, process discipline and strong leadership to sustain North American distribution excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years hands-on management in 500,000+ sq ft distribution centers.
• Experience recruiting and motivating 300+ employees and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, outbound and supporting warehouse operations.
• Lead a 300+ employee team to ensure accuracy, safety and on-time shipping.
• Drive day-to-day performance using metrics and WMS.

Pay from $250,000 to $300,000 per year

Position Responsibilities

• Guide all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping.
• Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in the daily functions of a well-structured, high-performing warehouse environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on management experience in 500,000+ square-foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
