Job summary

Uline’s Toronto location is seeking an Operations Analyst to turn operational data into actionable insights, solve business challenges, and drive performance. You will partner with teams across the business while building expertise and supporting the North American company.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in analytics with auditing/data analytics experience; proficiency in SQL and Power BI; VBA/Power Automate preferred.

• 3+ years of analyst experience, with auditing and data analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL and Power BI; VBA and Power Automate preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze branch performance, productivity and error trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Own analytical projects from opportunity identification to solution implementation and results.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations to understand needs and support initiatives.
• Develop reporting tools with SQL and Power BI to uncover trends and measure performance.

Hours

Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Turn complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and presentations that help leadership make informed decisions.
• Analyze branch performance, productivity and error trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements that streamline operations.
• Own analytical projects from identifying business opportunities through recommending solutions and measuring results.
• Partner with teams across Uline — including Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations — to understand business needs, solve challenges and support strategic initiatives.
• Use SQL and Power BI to develop reporting tools that uncover trends and measure performance.

Minimum Requirements
