Job summary

Accenture Construct in Toronto is seeking a Readiness Manager to lead the Metrolinx operational readiness program across design, construction, and handover. The role focuses on strategy, risk management, and documentation to ensure seamless project execution.

With 12+ years in PM and PMP credentials, you will coordinate across engineering, safety, and operations, driving commissioning, testing, and readiness panels while delivering on program milestones and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in major transit or infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Project Management.
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Transportation, or related field, or relevant demonstrable experience.
• Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning, systems integration, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client’s operational readiness strategy and roadmap
• Coordinate readiness across engineering, construction, operations, and safety teams
• Testing, Commissioning & Trial Operations
• Development & maintenance of readiness documentation (System Safety Certification Strategy, System Definition Document, etc.)
• Planning, executing & attending readiness panels and submissions to project timelines
