Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders | Canada is seeking a skilled professional to lead operational readiness, transition planning, and move management. The role involves coordinating user groups, developing documentation, and ensuring a smooth move for facilities across Healthcare, Post-Secondary, and Corporate sectors.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in change or project management with strong communication and organizational skills, and may hold PMP/Lean Green Belt. On-site support is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years planning and implementing change management initiatives and/or moves for clients.
• Experience leading change and project management in interdisciplinary teams.
• Healthcare facility experience is an asset.
• University degree or diploma as listed (or equivalent).
• PMP and Lean Green Belt are assets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate user group meetings and schedule readiness activities.
• Develop project documentation, tender and procurement docs for movers and resources.
• Lead client relationships and serve as the project’s single point of contact.
• Support development of an operational readiness plan for day-one operations.
• Attend on-site moves and manage resources and issues on behalf of the client.
