Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a skilled professional to lead operational readiness, transition planning, and move management for diverse facilities, including healthcare, post-secondary, and corporate offices. The role spans a nationwide client base and requires clear communication with contractors, clients, and consultants.

You will identify, define and organize deliverables for activation and occupation of facilities, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective outcomes while upholding

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience planning and implementing change management initiatives or moves for clients.
• Experience leading change and project management initiatives within interdisciplinary teams.
• PMD/Lean Belt certification is a plus.
• Proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements through User Group meetings and set transition schedules.
• Collaborate with consultant teams on project documentation and implementation needs.
• Develop tender and procurement documents for movers and resources.
• Utilize MS Office Suite to prepare spreadsheets, databases and documents.
• Lead client programs and policies reviews and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Build strong client relationships as the single point of contact for project delivery.
