Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned Project Administration III to manage day-to-day office facilities for a major infrastructure program in Toronto. You will coordinate workspace planning, IT infrastructure, and policy implementation to support a multi-party project team.

The role demands 8+ years in facilities or office management, strong vendor management, and thorough knowledge of OHSA regulations, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in office/facilities management or related operations role.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Familiar with OHSA and workplace regulations.

Responsibilities

• Effective facility management of office facilities for the integrated project team.
• Develop, implement and maintain office policies.
• Maintain health, safety and wellbeing protocols in partnership with Health & Safety team.
• Coordinate business continuity requirements for the project.
• Allocate and manage office spaces, equipment, and assets.
• Coordinate with IT on IT infrastructure needs.
• Oversee documentation and minutes with timely distribution.
• Manage office contracts and service providers to ensure value for money.
• Bachelor/masters level oversight of office operating budget and expenditures.
