Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Service Account Manager to support customers across Ontario. You will promote and sell the Engineering & Service portfolio, strengthening reliability and asset performance for utilities and industrials.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, expanding service offerings, and aligning solutions with customer goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure compliant, safe operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree or technologist diploma required.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience with customer contact.
• Sales experience with utilities, EPCs, data centers, oil & gas, renewables.

Responsibilities

• Manage, expand and strengthen service business with Ontario key accounts.
• Build long-term customer relationships and align solutions with objectives.
• Drive sales across the Engineering packaging & Service portfolio.
• Prepare customer and regional sales plans with marketing and stakeholders.
• Forecast and monitor opportunities using Salesforce; shape market approach.
