Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Ontario seeks a Service Account Manager to support customers across Ontario by promoting and selling Hitachi Energy’s Engineering & Service portfolio.

You will help utilities and industrial organizations strengthen reliability, performance, and asset lifespan of critical power system assets. You will build trusted customer relationships, contribute to grid modernization efforts, and support the adoption of technologies that improve safety, reliability, and asset

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent; 3–5 years sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct customer contact selling large project solutions.
• Knowledge of energy market, utilities, EPCs, data centers, renewables.
• Knowledge of transformers, HV equipment, protection & control, substations.
• Proven ability to sell service offerings.
• Ability to influence stakeholders to drive growth.
• Ability to present and promote new technology solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and collaborative approach.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow service business with key accounts across Ontario.
• Build strong customer relationships and align solutions with objectives.
• Drive sales across the Engineering packaging & Service portfolio.
• Prepare customer and regional sales plans with marketing and stakeholders.
• Identify regional market opportunities with market managers.
• Monitor trends to shape sales and marketing approaches.
• Grow pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.
• Review installed base, analyze opportunities, propose asset-based paths.
• Maintain market insights to support commercial decisions.
• Demonstrate safety and integrity while supporting colleagues and goals.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
