Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale transformation programs in hybrid Ontario. The role focuses on program governance, delivery tracking, risk management, and executive reporting across multiple workstreams.

You will drive governance forums, create dashboards, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Program Management/PMO roles.
• Strong governance, delivery management, RAID tracking, and executive reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern large-scale transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead governance forums, status reviews, and steering committee meetings.
• Prepare dashboards and executive reports (WSR/MBR/QBR).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communications and escalations.
