Job summary

OTIP Group of Companies in Ontario seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑departmental business projects and ITS initiatives. You’ll plan, execute and monitor from start to benefits realization, coordinating with sponsors, vendors and leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires 8+ years in insurance/financial services, a related university degree, and PMP/Agile credentials are assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in insurance/financial services or related sector.
• PMP and Agile certification are an asset.
• Experience leading Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages project scope, schedule, quality, budget, resources and communications.
• Leads governance, dependency management and issue resolution.
• Identifies and monitors project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Develops risk mitigation strategies aligned with priorities and privacy/regulatory needs.
• Provides regular updates through governance forums with metrics and actions.
