Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd.

seeks a Project Manager (5+ years) to support Treasury transformation initiatives in a hybrid Toronto environment, guiding governance, CA-PPM/Clarity, and PeopleSoft efforts with senior stakeholders. You will manage 1–2 projects at a time, maintain project artifacts, track budgets and schedules, and produce concise status updates for Directors and VP-level sponsors—driving accountability across Technology, Finance and Risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience across full lifecycle.
• Experience with CA-PPM/Clarity and PeopleSoft.
• Experience managing project financials and budgets.
• Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across Business and Technology teams.
• Knowledge of IT concepts and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects under director guidance from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate governance activities, agenda prep, minutes, action tracking.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoicing with reporting accuracy.
• Drive planning, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Maintain artifacts in Clarity/PPM and sponsor updates.
• Prepare investment governance reports and executive materials.
