Job summary

Ontario Medical Association (OMA) seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple projects from planning through implementation in collaboration with the business. You will identify requirements, manage scope and budgets, and guide the project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with technical teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in CS, Health Info Mgmt, Health Informatics, Business Admin or equivalent.
• Six to ten years in IT Project Management and Business Analysis.
• PMI designation (PMP) is required.
• Familiar with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, MS Project, Smartsheet to track performance and documentation.
• LEAN/Kaizen and ITIL are assets.
• Experience in Financial Analysis or budgeting projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement IT projects in partnership with the business to meet timelines and budgets.
• Identify business and technical requirements and document changes to processes to support delivery.
• Manage project scope, resources, scheduling, and budgeting across the lifecycle.
• Communicate with stakeholders and transition to IT operations post-implementation.
• Maintain project documentation including plan, charter, risks, issues, and communications.
• Ensure risk mitigation plans and PMO processes are followed.
