Job summary

Dutch Vet is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead multiple concurrent initiatives across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations. You will plan, execute, and hand off projects in weeks, not years, while maintaining clear scope, dates, and transparency.

You will drive Jira-based execution, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely delivery and strong stakeholder communications in a fast-paced, remote environment in Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TPM role with software eng, product and design teams.
• Startup or fast-scaling experience or multi-project tracking.
• Ability to switch context across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects with clear scope and timelines.
• Partner with engineering, product, and marketing to plan and track initiatives.
• Manage execution of epics and sprints using Jira and maintain boards.
• Create dashboards and communications for rapid decision making.
• Lead planning cycles and retrospectives to improve processes.
• Resolve blockers and ensure cross-functional delivery.
• Develop and maintain docs, team spaces, and roadmaps.
• Guide technical discussions with engineering and product leadership.
• Drive alignment on scope and timelines across teams.
• Maintain strong documentation hygiene and team rhythm.
