Job summary

Spirit Omega Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage in-country EPC logistics and materials management for a 12-month, 40 hr/week onsite role in Calgary, AB. The position interfaces with EPC teams to ensure timely logistics execution.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering/Construction Management and hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, and data analysis. Domestic travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics planning and execution within construction projects.
• Ability to perform basic algebra and geometry calculations.
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and interpret technical/professional materials.
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad for project sites.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain shipments, internal and external.
• Field incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Enter orders received verbally and via fax/email into the system.
• Attend planning and prioritization meetings with high level customers.
