NSB Omega is seeking a Project Contracts Advisor in Calgary, AB to support day-to-day post-award administration of project contracts for a major Oil & Gas client. Qualifikationen

• Must have 5+ years experience in contracts, procurement, supply chain or project support, including post-award administration.
• Experience supporting sourcing events, bid evaluations, contract changes, supplier performance meetings and contract close-out is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using ERP, e-sourcing, contract management or document management systems.

Aufgaben

• Administer assigned project contracts in accordance with Cenovus SCM policies and records-management standards.
• Review awarded contracts to understand scope, terms, deliverables, reporting and change-management procedures; maintain contract files and trackers.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and kick-off meetings; prepare agendas, minutes and approval packages.
• Coordinate supplier performance meetings, review reporting, monitor progress against contractual requirements and track cost information.
• Support end-to-end sourcing activities including bid packages, evaluations, negotiations and awards.
