Qualifications

• 7-15 years EPCM procurement, expediting, or supply chain experience.
• Strong oil & gas project knowledge, with pipeline and facility experience preferred.
• Vendor management and supplier coordination proven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full procurement cycle including bid lists, RFQs, bid evaluations, and award of goods and services.
• Prepare and evaluate commercial bid packages and contracts.
• Coordinate and expedite vendor deliverables to meet project schedules.
• Support procurement reporting and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and client supply chain groups.
