Job summary

Mobilinx is seeking a Landscape Coordinator to support landscape, external works and public realm technical delivery within the contractor's Technical Team. You will own packages, coordinate landscape architects, civil designers, subcontractors and field teams, and resolve design and field issues to align with project schedules and authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Technology, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of landscape/public realm experience in external works construction.
• Experience coordinating with landscape architects, civil designers, subcontractors and field teams.
• Working knowledge of hardscape, planting, soils, irrigation, grading and drainage with civil/interface understanding.
• Familiarity with RFI, NCR, SI, CRR processes and quantity take-offs.
• Knowledge of municipal standards and accessibility requirements; Ontario transit/public realm experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Bluebeam; familiarity with Procore or Aconex; CAD skills are assets.

Responsibilities

• Own landscape/public realm technical packages and oversee actions through construction and closeout.
• Maintain site presence and participate in field walks to identify issues early and drive resolution.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, civil designers and Engineers of Record to resolve design clarifications.
• Review IFC packages, drawings and submissions for constructability and sequencing.
• Coordinate interfaces with civil works, utilities, structures, roadworks and rail systems.
• Issue clear RFIs with background, sketches, photos and solutions; track RFIs, submittals and NCRs until closure.
• Facilitate coordination sessions; assign actions, close gaps and flag schedule impacts.
• Coordinate design revisions and Site Instructions with affected teams and restoration boundaries.
• Perform quantity take-offs and support procurement and tender processes for planting, paving and street furniture.
• Support construction sequencing, planting windows and irrigation testing; ensure safety and quality.
