Job summary
Arvato, a leading IT and logistics service provider, is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician in Mississauga. You will be the primary on-site contact for technical support, handling hardware/software issues, troubleshooting, and end-user productivity for internal customers.
Responsibilities include managing tickets, remote support, troubleshooting via phone/email/chat, and escalating complex issues. Eligible candidates typically have 2+ years in IT support and a IT degree or diploma, with CCNA
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field and 2+ years IT support experience.
- CCNA or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience with Azure, PowerShell, or monitoring tools is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Manage onsite support tickets and remote technical support
- Respond to technical issues via phone, email, chat and on-site
- Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnose issues
- Escalate complex problems to the next Tier with needed expertise
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Monitor site to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Support IT initiatives for migrations, patches and updates
