Qualifications

• Experience in deskside or end user IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows endpoints and peripherals.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting onboarding and moves.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person deskside support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Support onboarding, workstation setup, moves, and day-to-day break/fix activities.
• Configure and support conference rooms and collaboration technology.
• Assist with asset handling: receipt, setup, collection, and local coordination of hardware movements.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams for escalation and service continuity.
• Follow ITSM processes to document and manage activities and updates.
