Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions in Markham, ON is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to join our IT team on a 2-month fixed-term, on-site basis. The role requires 3–5 years of end-user support experience, strong English, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience supporting end-users and user-facing systems.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in a Microsoft Windows desktop environment and Azure.
• ITIL knowledge related to Helpdesk functions is an asset.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level triage and resolution of tickets via the IT ticketing system.
• Create/disable user IDs and manage permissions.
• Package and ship onboarding equipment to new hires.
• Escalate tickets to second-level support or vendors as needed.
• Adhere to IT policies and SOPs; document incidents clearly.
• Back-fill duties of the Technical Support Analyst when required.
• Contribute ideas to improve service efficiency and quality.
