Job summary

Fengate Asset Management in Toronto is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the building operations team at the Concorde Gate campus, overseeing 1, 3 and 12 Concorde Gate. The role requires hands-on leadership for a 600,000 sq ft portfolio, focusing on safe, reliable, and efficient operations, HVAC systems, and tenant service.

The successful candidate will supervise building operators, drive preventive maintenance, manage contractors, and support budgets and capital projects

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in commercial building operations.
• Experience supervising and coaching operations staff.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems.
• Diploma or degree in Building Operations, Facilities Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and develop the building operations team.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, safety and presentation of 1, 3 and 12 Concorde Gate properties.
• Monitor base-building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, maintain logs and certifications.
• Manage contractors and service providers with safety and standards compliance.
• Support operating budgets, purchase orders, invoices and capital projects.
