Job summary

Fengate is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of the Concorde Gate campus in Toronto, a large three-building complex totaling about 600,000 square feet. This hands-on leader will oversee the building operations team, coordinate with property management, tenants, and service providers, and focus on safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, inspections, preventive maintenance, managing contractors, and supporting budgets,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of commercial building operations experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Experience coordinating budgets and health & safety requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, training and support to the building operations team.
• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, safety and presentation of 1, 3 and 12 Concorde Gate.
• Monitor and support base-building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, work orders, inspections and compliance documentation.
• Manage contractors and service providers; address tenant service requests and access needs.
• Support operating budgets, capital projects, emergency preparedness and incident response.
